  4. gives the average user an idea, at least, of what these devices offer, at zero
  5. cost.

  8. otherwise, this program may cause. It is strictly to be used at your own risk.
  9. Having said that, most people should have no problems with it.
  10.     While we can't say this program will do anything in particular for you, it
  11. is a serious attempt at emulating the sorts of effects that some mind-machines
  12. may give, and is based on scientific research (which is covered in the guide).
